![]() Speaking of drive modes, the 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X comes equipped with both Off-Road and Terrain drive modes. This is the interior that GMC should have had since 2019, but better late than never. The styling of this new interior is completely on-point, and we especially like the real wood and leather accents, and the massaging front seats. We understand the digital displays can be a distraction for some, but we appreciate them. ![]() During our time with the truck, we found the interior to be exceptionally quiet, the seats exceedingly comfortable, and we genuinely enjoyed the amount of information provided by the massive array of screens. A 15-inch head-up display is standard, as are a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and 13.4-inch infotainment screen. Providing the tunes is a 12-speaker Bose Premium audio system with Centerpoint surround sound. ![]() A new Obsidian Rush interior color boasts leather accents and authentic open-pore Vanta ash wood trim. Rivaled only by the new Denali Ultimate trim, the AT4X is fitted with heated and ventilated 16-way adjustable front seats, upholstered in full-grain leather, with a new massage function (which is amazing). Have a great day! Please have a wonderful rest of your day! If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.The 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X is an off-road truck, but that doesn't mean the company skimped when it came to the interior. Again, we are truly sorry for this inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to review our return policy on our website. We have implemented a 40/30 day return policy for items in original condition in order to keep our costs low so we can pass the savings back to you, our customers. To confirm, the item does not meet our 40/30 day return criteria and, therefore, cannot be returned. I'm sure multiple people are getting the same message: Thank you for contacting Sierra Customer Service! We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your product. Dear Amy sent me a nice automated message without any recognition of me nearly breaking my foot, which I clearly stated in my message to them. They should be lucky I didn't break anything, because I would have sewed them after this response. The shoe didn't fit into the old 3-pin binding properly and the soft rubber made me slip out multiple times. I just tried them out last weekend and nearly broke my foot. I bought cross country ski boots on their website. I had good experience in the past, but this time, just horrible. I had no idea Sierra Trading Post was bought up. ![]() In other words, their ideology is, you need them more than they need you. You, the customer, are a mere inconvenience that has made them multi-billion-dollar corporations. Sierra and FedEx equally offer no customer service, and frankly, neither care if you receive your items undamaged and on time. Additionally, Sierra didn't delay charging my account for the items they couldn't ship because they needed to ‘verify’ my address. Funny, my address has been verified numerous times by all the carriers, including FedEx, that have been delivering packages during the pandemic. I only found out because I contacted them for the first time to see why my package hadn't shipped yet. Oh, also, my order was delayed by Sierra claiming my address hadn't been verified they never contacted me. She couldn't get me off chat fast enough. I contacted Sierra’s customer service, and the representative, Sandra, told me that I have to wait until 28 January they allow 15 days for FedEx to deliver. I placed my order on 13 January 2022, but FedEx, another joke of a company, has not delivered my package as of today, 22 January 2022.
